Fqel The Government of Castilla-La Mancha invests more than 90,000 euros in two new points
In its edition yesterday, Monday, the Official State Gazette published a general provision in which it reported that on July 19, <a href=https://www.nbbalance.it> nb 993 </a>, the Plenary Session of the Constitutional Court issued an order admitting the conflict of jurisdiction to processing 2740 -2016 promoted by the Government Council of Castilla-La Mancha referring to the definition of the J煤car basin. This conflict of jurisdiction was raised by the Government of the region in relation to Annex 1/2016, <a href=https://www.stanley-cup.us> stanleycup </a> approved by the Government of Spain on January 8 of this year. This Decree includes the review of the Hydrological Plans of the hydrographic districts of Segura, <a href=https://www.adidas-samba-adidas.fr> samba og adidas </a> J煤car, Guadiana and Tajo, in addition to eight others with which the Ministryof the Environment settled the second planning cycle 2015-2021. Annex XI of said document specifically defines the regulatory provisions of the Hydrological Plan of the J煤car hydrographic district. Last March, the Castilian-La Mancha Government presented a request for incompetence to the Council of Ministers in order for it to rectify the territorial scope of this basin. The regional Executive then requested the repeal of articles 1 and 2 of Royal Decree 775/2015 approved on August 28, 2015, which defined new territorial areas in basin organizations that affect hydrographic districts. As there was no statement from the Government of Spain within the legal period of two months, the Castilian-La Mancha Executive presented a new conflict of jurisdiction, this time before the basin plan and before the Constitutional Court.
